The Clippers knew that their first-rate defense would be put to the test by a Milwaukee Bucks team led by NBA All-Star Giannis Antetokounmpo. They knew that their excellent defense would be put to the test by one of the best NBA shooting teams, a team on a sequence of five consecutive victories.
The Clippers were determined in the face of these challenges, winning an impressive 127-117 victory against Milwaukee on Saturday at the intuit Dome.

James Harden scored 17 of his 40 points in the third quarter, his hot shot helping the clippers open an advance before the fourth. Harden is one of the six NBA players to have played at least three games at least 40 points this season.
Norman Powell was attacking the whole match, scoring 33 points. It was his eighth game of more than 30 points this season, a career record. Kawhi Leonard continued to play a limited number of minutes when he returned from a knee injury, marking 18 points in 24 minutes.
Antetokounmpo was up to the announcement of being one of the best players in the League, a player who entered the second match for the goals (31.3 points per game) and fifth for the rebounds (12 , 0). He collected 36 points and 13 rebounds against the Clippers.
The Clippers (26-19) are classified third from the NBA in defense, with 106.6 points per game, second in terms of defensive note at 107.1 and fifth for the percentage of success on the field at 45 %.
They opposed this to the Bucks team which was sixth in the field (48.3 %) and second to three -point shooting (39 %).
The Bucks (25-18) have one of the best three-point shooters from the League, Damian Lillard, who made a triple-double with 29 points, 10 assists and 10 rebounds.
