OKTAGON 66 Launches Million Dollar Tournament Featuring Europe’s Top Middleweights

OKTAGON 66 is set to mark the start of the promotion’s $1 million Tipsport Gamechanger tournament in Dusseldorf, Germany on Saturday.

The exact amount is actually 1 million euros, or $1.047 million, of which $300,000 will go to the winner. Sixteen middleweights will enter, but only one will leave with this bag.

The first round of fights is scheduled to conclude on April 26, with quarterfinals expected in the summer, semifinals expected in the fall, and a final scheduled for the winter.

The eight fighters who enter the quarterfinals will randomly be given the numbers 1 through 8, which will indicate the order in which they can choose their placement in the bracket.
